Good morning all Chairs, secretaries and chief de equipes,
A date has been set for the visit by members from the BRC office to Area 4.
I have gone with the majority of replies from the clubs and the meeting will be on Thursday 8th December 2016, 6pm – 9pm at The Bridge Hotel, Walshford, Weatherby, LS22 5HS
The staff from the BRC office will be presenting a training day/ evening in our area, and this is for your benefit, and gives you the chance to ask all your questions.
It will be very useful for new officers to your clubs as well as your existing ones.
The questions can be anything from memberships, prelim entries for area competitions, team manager’s changes for area and championships, the list is endless.
The purpose of the evening is to answer any questions regarding the running of your clubs.
I appreciate the fact that many of you will be coming direct from work, so sandwiches, chips, teas and coffees will be provided.
Could clubs give me your numbers off attendees for seating and catering purposes.
Please may I have your numbers by 1st December 2016.
